General Information

Cabot Health Magnesium Ultra Potent Powder contains 4 different types of magnesium in powder form for quick and efficient absorption.

The Great Relaxer
• Relieve headache symptoms
• Reduce symptoms of stress
• Reduce sleeplessness
• Relieve muscle cramps

Contains no gluten, wheat, dairy products, yeast, sugar, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Warnings

Common Uses

Magnesium relieves headache symptoms
Magnesium may reduce the symptoms of pre-menstrual tension.
Magnesium helps to promote healthy sleep.
Magnesium helps to improve the physiological response to stress and helps to promote relaxation.
Magnesium may help to ease muscle spasms and cramps.
Magnesium is required for a healthy nervous system and healthy muscles.

Ingredients

Each level metric teaspoon (5g dose) contains:
Taurine 1000 mg; Magnesium amino acid chelate (providing elemental magnesium 350 mg) 1750 mg; Magnesium ascorbate (providing elemental magnesium 13 mg) 210 mg; Magnesium glycinate dihydrate (providing elemental magnesium 12.2 mg) 104 mg; Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate (providing elemental magnesium 24.8 mg) 120 mg;
Total elemental magnesium 400 mg
Zinc (as amino acid chelate) 5 mg

Citrus flavour also contains malic acid, acacia, stevia, natural lemon flavour and natural lime flavour.

Directions

DOSAGE:
Adults:  1/4 -1 teaspoon daily, added to water or juice.
Children:  1/4 teaspoon daily, added to water or juice.

I can't live without this stuff it literally helped me from not sleep much at all too having a restful sleep and wake up feeling better too and also helps with stress. I can not recommend this enough!! If your on the fence jump on it you won't regret it!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does what it says (x10) This is the only magnesium I found that works and doesn’t give you terrible Diarrhea. Originally started taking due to troubled sleep from late night High Intensity Training. Calms the central nervous system for sleep and helps with bodies overall stress. Have continued to take it to replenish body when needed. The best thing for leg cramps but I do also use topical magnesium gels for muscles as it works more effectively when targeting and area. After a lot of research And trial and error this is my go to. I always recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High Strength Magnesium Powder Did a lot of research before purchasing this magnesium powder. Also recommended by a personal trainer and nutritionist. I get leg and foot cramps and I definitely see results when I do take this powder, no more cramping.
