General Information

Hydralyte Electrolyte Ice Blocks Colourfree Lemonade Flavoured relieves symptoms of dehydration and helps replace water and electrolytes lost due to vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise and occasional hangovers.

Dehydration due to:
- Vomiting & diarrhoea.
- Heat.
- Travel.
- Vigorous exercise.
- Heavy sweating.
- Occasional hangovers.
- Heat & excessive exercise at work.

Signs of mild dehydration
Sticky or dry mouth, increased thirst, lethargy, decreased urine output, dark yellow urine.

Suitable for paediatric use.
Suitable for use during pregnancy.

Directions

1. Place Hydralyte Ice Blocks in the freezer.
2. When frozen cut open one end with clean scissors.
3. Push the frozen Hydralyte Ice Block from the uncut end.
4. Suck small amounts until consumed.

Hydralyte Ice Blocks may be consumed unfrozen, however, Hydralyte Ready to Use Solution is more convenient as a drink.

Recommended dosage: 1 x Ice block every 60 mins

It really helps to settle down my stomach upsets as well has helps to keep me hydrated. I always have some in my freezer ready for when my illness kicks in. These are a lifesaver for me and even take them away with me.

As school term has just begun, I bought these in anticipation of nasties and sure enough, hydralyte saved the day again.
