I don't normally suffer from anxiety but my mum passed away from breast cancer 3 months ago and I was not coping with things very well. This product has helped enormously by calming me down & helping me sleep better at night. I would strongly recommend it.

It has helped me with coping with anxiety and improved sleep. My emotions are regulated and i can deal with emotions better. Also helps me alot during my period.

After taking the first tablet he was amazed at how much it eased his anxiety and gave him a feeling of calmness. It doesn't completely take the anxiety away but does make it so the anxiety is tolerable and manageable. My husband is always very reluctant to take any form of medications but is happy we have found this natural product that actually works - totally recommend!
