Bellamy's Organic Baby Porridge is a dry cereal of soft multigrain flakes, that can be quickly and easily prepared with water or baby's usual milk. Made in Australia, Bellamy's Organic baby foods are certified organic, and free of synthetic additives, preservatives and pesticides, giving you peace of mind that Bellamy's Organic really is a pure start to life. A Pure Start to Life!

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Mixing Guide
1. Always wash your hands before preparing food for your baby.
2. For each tablespoon of cereal, add 2 tablespoons of cooled, boiled water, breast milk, or formula. Breast milk contains enzymes that make the cereal 'watery'. This is perfectly safe to use.
3. Mix to a smooth consistency. Mash out any small lumps with the back of a spoon.
4. Gradually increase amount given and thickness of the cereal over time, depending on your baby's appetite.
Always check the temperature is safe before serving.

SAFETY DIRECTIONS

Make sure your baby is seated in an upright position to serve. Do not leave your baby unattended.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Always store with seal closed, in a cool dry place.

Made following the instructions on the back using boiled cooled water and the consistency is good, no lumps. Baby loved it, and ate the full serve I prepared for him. I feel good serving this to my baby knowing he enjoys it and it is a source of iron.

My baby is 11 months and I can make the porridge so that it is thick or thin enough for him to experiment with textures and feeding himself. If he seems uninterested then I can add it to something else and it doesn't go to waste.

We have been using the Bellamy's Organic Baby Porridge as a great breakfast option. It is quick and easy to make and the texture is perfect for when your baby is starting foods. Even now at 9 months, we add fruits to bulk out the porridge and to add extra nutrition. My son absolutely love the porridge alone and with fruit. He has even started feeding himself, (the porridge washes out of clothing without any stains!! What a win!) I love that the porridge is readily available in leading supermarkets and that it is organic. The product is both affordable and nutritious.

We have been really happy with Bellamy’s Organic baby porridge. We just mix up 1 or 2 tbsp with water or milk and it’s ready to feed baby straight away. It is so convenient and quick. It mixes easily and the texture is really easy to feed to baby, as well as being easy to adjust if we wanted it thicker or thinner. Our baby was 6 months when we started giving her this and she loved it! She seemed to really enjoy the taste and would get really excited when we mixed it up and would open her mouth eagerly for more. She would usually finish the whole bowl and it seemed to fill her up well and gave us peace of mind knowing she was going to bed with a full belly. She also found the texture easy to eat and could swallow it without problems and very little of it ended up on her chin or on the tray. We initially mixed it with water but then switched to full cream milk to make it a bit creamier and more filling but both options seemed to be tasty and satisfying for baby. The bag is quite big as well and because we only use a little bit for each meal it is lasting a long time. We recently went on holidays and it was so handy to pack this knowing it would keep baby full and be so convenient. We are glad to know she is getting the extra iron and that it is all organic and has no nasties for little one. I would highly recommend this product.

The packaging is informative and easy to read and recognise, it makes you feel good buying Australian made and giving your baby natural organic ingredients. The porridge is easy to reseal which keeps it fresh. The porridge mixes well with formula and into other purées to add more nutrients to the meal for the baby.
