Directions

Directions for use:
- Brush thoroughly at least twice a day, for at least 2 minutes or as directed by your dental professional.

I thought that it would have super strong taste but it was pleasant and mild. My teeth went 1-2 shades whiter after about 2 weeks of using the toothpaste and I noticed that the sensitivity did not increase compare to the whitening treatment at the dentist.

I have sensitive teeth and it doesn't seem to affect that. It's really refreshing and does the job it is meant to do - give whiter teeth. I seem to get compliments on the whiteness of my teeth which I never use to before using this so I assume it works really well (it's hard to tell when you see yourself every day). The packaging is an obvious red, with an easy to use squeeze tube. The product itself looks like any normal white mint toothpaste, and the flavour is like freshmint, but not the harsh overpowering type. I applied a tiny bit to the head of my electric toothbrush and brushed for 2mins. I actually noticed some mild change right away, which was really uplifting and built my confidence. Over several weeks of this, and only used once a day, I have seen some mild improvement of approx. 2 shades lighter. I'm really happy with this product as it's not made my teeth more sensitive or shown any other sign of damage, and my teeth are noticeably whiter.
