This has been a great tool to help with cravings. I stopped cold turkey and used the mist spray whenever I felt the need to smoke. It’s been 15 weeks so far with no cigarettes and am ready to say I’m officially a non-smoker!

Also helps with the whole ritual thing as you kind of spray as needed so it gives you something. I was a smoker for nearly 30 years and I’ve now gone 4 months without cigarettes. Try it!

Been on my mind over last year to try again. My mind,body & heart was in tune with each other & knew it was time. Trying nicorette is the first time to help me quit. Cold Turkey wasn't working as it did in n previous years. I have to be aware of my trigger points as well. The cool berry spray I thought I try this time. This one works for me. I'm on my 7th week for no smoking, every week I give myself a pat on my back. I feel happier, no coughing, no chest infection & my mental health I hope to improve. I really hope 2022 is all good things healthier,happier & wealthier. Looking forward in giving myself more pats on my back.

I smoked a 25g tobacco pouch or a pack of 50 cigarettes in 2 days most of the time. I'd try to quit, but always had a burning need to smoke. As any smoker would know, it's the quick rush of nicotine in a cigarette that is hard to replicate without tobacco. Enter the quickmist. This is by far the fastest way to absorb a dose of nicotine. And it's this fast delivery that was able to satisfy my savage cravings for a Winnie blue. I quit 98 days ago, and it's the quickmist that has got me through. I went from very frequent sprays to now only using it here and there. But I think I'll keep some around for a while longer as a safety net. I now hate the smell of smoke and I'll never go back. This is hands down the best NRT available for someone that really craves the quick hit that smoking provides.

The spray has been an enormous help to me (along with willpower) and a significant reason I didn't go buy a packet of smokes when the going got hard. I'd suggest to anyone who is determined to quit to give this a go. For me, its been a godsend. PS I swam laps of the pool today with lungs full of air. Quitting after 25 years as a smoker has been life changing and worth all the effort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank you so much for helping me help myself The spray is the best thing ever, I only use the mint one, at first it was harsh but once you get used to it, its all good, I think the biggest thing to remember is that it will still take you to be very firm with yourself, within the first couple of weeks, and then it becomes a lot easier and then so much easier from then on, and helps to have a good reason, my 1 year old son ‘Walker, was my reason, he deserves to have his father around in his life, thank you so much to all of the people that have been responsible make this amazing spray and for helping saving my life ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works better than other NRTs I’ve tried I’m a heavy smoker, I have a very busy, very high stress lifestyle and have smoked since I was only 9 years old. I’ve tried many other NRTs and I find this spray the best for break through cravings. It works quickly, especially if coupled with a few mins of deep breathing. I’ve tried to quit many times in the past and have always relapsed. This time I’m using combination therapy of the spray and patches and I have to say while it’s still early days it’s going much better than the other times. I highly recommend this as a first choice NRT for heavy smokers.

Also because you aren’t supposed to eat or drink immediately after it will hopefully stop the endless snacking most quitters seem to need.

So I tried the quick mist. It is great get a craving, spray, move on. It is exactly what I wanted and worked exactly how I had hoped. It works quickly to. I love the control of being able to administer the spray as needed, unlike the patches that slowly release the nicotine throughout a 24 hour period. Would highly recommend and yes, it does take some getting used to but the benefits outweigh any discomfort.
