Ingredients

Ingredients: (when reconstituted): Coconut water (19%), Apple juice (18%). Pineapple juice (16%), Coconut cream (2.5%), Medium chain triglyceride (1.5%), Vegetable gum (415), Food acid (296), Flavours, Preservatives [202, 2023 (Contains sulphites)], Sweetener (955), Emulsifier (322) (Contains soy), Antioxidant (307).

Directions

For each meal, mix 125ml (half a cup) of Coconut Detox concentrate with 125ml (half a cup) cold water, and drink slowly over 2 - 3 hours.
Day One: Start in the morning replacing breakfast, and also replace lunch and dinner with Coconut, mixed as directed. Supplement with at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day (1 - 2 litres). Repeat on day two.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 7 days.

This product is awesome, after the 2 days I felt lighter and cleansed! The taste is great which really helps! Remembering this is a detox drink not a miracle weight loss drink haha however I did lose 1kg! Definitely recommend

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Effective in 2 days! I had it when my first child was 1 year old, trying to lose the pregnancy weight. I could see my arms and legs go slimmer the second day afternoon. I think I lost 1-2kg. I then started jogging. 30 min every other day. The Coconut Detox helped me start the weight losing journey. I lost 4-5kg altogether after 5 times of jogging. I was also on a low carb diet. Then unfortunately, I found myself pregnant again! I had it again now when my second baby is 4 months. Didn't feel that effective but still effective. I think it's the rest and water I didn't take enough as I had father in law living with us last time. I didn't have to get up at night as my older child was already 1. I had time during the day to drink enough water. This time, not enough sleep, not enough water. I still believe good sleep is the start of everything. If you want to get the most out of this product, rest well, drink as much water as you can. 2L a day would be good. and start exercises after this. You will feel hungry while on this product. Choose to have broccoli, carrot, parsley, these low calorie food so you don't hurt your stomach.
