Apply from root to tip, then massage to ensure the colour is evenly spread. Leave in for 30 minutes.

I am 50 plus years young and apply this every 6 weeks or so for either a touch up or every 3 months for a refreshed all over colour. The steps are very simple and well documented along with photographic instructions. I love the after care toner which helps to restore colour in-between applications. This product is best purchased during 50% off promotions.

Every time I used your colours I need to buy an extra set of rubber gloves and it is very annoying. Just thought I would provide this feedback.

So I had a spare pair so used the product which was OK. Needed to leave it on a little bit longer than suggested to get the colour I needed over my grey

I had blonde hair. Now I have very purple mauve hair. . Too embarrassed to go out. . The mixture turned s very dark purple.

Instead of the very light blonde colour on the packet, i ended up with brassy almost light strawberry blonde. my hair has also ended up almost like straw. I’ve had to use a toner and purple shampoo to try and take the brassyness out. Very disappointed. I used to use Alaska, so didnt expect this awful result.

Indicates warm highlights, which was not wanted. Perfect if you want a warm glow. Would not recommend if you want a solid brown, try finding a "ash" brown instead.
