Our hydrogel breast discs aids to heal of broken skin and soothes the sore nipples. Packed in a sterule and hygienically sealed pouch.

Directions

Wash hands before using the breast discs and make sure to cleanse the affected area and dry it gently.
Open packet and remove the protective backing.
Gently place side protected by the backing on the affected area.
Prior to breastfeeding, remove disc and place on a clean surface.
Gently wash nipples with water and pat dry
start breastfeeding and reapply the discs after the session.

I wouldn't usually rate products online but if this product can help a new Mum on her breastfeeding journey then it will be worth my time :) I found the hydrogel discs amazing, they were the only thing that helped my cracked nipples with both of my babies for the first few weeks until breastfeeding was established and nipples were healed. I left the pack in the fridge and used a set over 24 hours placing the disc from the breast i was going to feed in a glad bag and in the fridge so it was extra cold and relieved my nipple after the feed. I did wash off my nipples each feed too like in instructions :) hope this review helps.
