Nature’s Way Kids Smart Vita Gummies Calcium + Vitamin D is an easy way to support your child's daily intake of calcium plus they have added vitamin D3 to assist with calcium absorption.
A top up of vitamin D3 can support children who may not be getting enough exposure to the sun or have darker skin. Vitamin D3 also supports immune system health.

So, while Vita Gummies might get a bit of a bad rap for being 'unnecessary lollies', they are in fact a valid and useful tool for parents who are working to ensure their kids get enough calcium. My kids like the flavour of these chewy pastilles, so they're good in my opinion.

However the calcium ones my kids don’t like it. They say it tastes weird. So for calcium boost i choose different brand. But for other supplements, Nature’s Way is awesome.
