General Information

Swisse Ultiboost Zinc+ supports general health, specifically immune system function, skin health, and male and female reproductive health. This premium quality supplement is also formulated with vitamin A, vitamin B6, and magnesium to maintain general wellbeing.

Zinc is a vital mineral needed by our bodies. It plays a key role in supporting a healthy immune system. Since our bodies can’t make it, zinc can only be obtained through a well-balanced diet and in some cases supplementation. Swisse Ultiboost Zinc+ is a carefully formulated, blend combining zinc, vitamins A and B6, along with magnesium, providing a comprehensive daily supplement. Zinc supports immune system health and reproductive system health; and maintains taste and smell sensation. Take one Swisse Ultiboost Zinc+ daily during or immediately after a meal.

Warnings

The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents.

Zinc (from zinc amino acid chelate) 25 mg; Vitamin A (retinol acetate) 375 micrograms/RE; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine from pyridoxine hydrochloride) 30 mg; Magnesium (from magnesium phosphate pentahydrate) 35 mg; Manganese (from manganese sulfate monohydrate) 2 mg

Zinc is great for my hair, skin and nails and it's good for your immune system. It also contains other vitamins including B6, vitamin A and magnesium. I take this in the morning after I have eaten. I wouldn't recommend taking this on an empty stomach or else it can make you quite nauseous. The tablets are large in size so I take it with juice. Since taking it my skin has improved a lot, I get less breakouts and I find that my hair and nails are less brittle.
