I bought to try alongside the one used while brushing and it works well, tastes like you just visited the dentist, as it hasn't got the most plesent taste, but then again what mouthwash does! A little on the expensive side and doesn't last as long per bottle compared to other mouthwash.

I recently went for a check up and my dentist was pleased, whether that is a result of using this or just generally good dental hygiene is up for debate, but it doesn't hurt! The only downside I found is the taste, it's not pleasant and it lasts a long time, so I use this at night only so I don't have to deal with the taste.
