General Information

Sambucol Liquid 250ml

Ingredients

Each 15ml oral liquid contains:
Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit juice dry 163mg
Equiv. to fresh juice 5.7g

Directions

Best taken at first signs of Cold or Flu symptoms or as recommended by your health professional. Shake well before use.
Adults: Take 15mL, 4 times daily.
Children 5-12 years: Take 15mL, 2 times daily.
Children 2-4 years: Take 10mL, 2 times daily.

Take a few doses when we are feeling run down or when being around people with cold / flu and increase IF any onset of sniffles, throat tickle etc. We have avoided serious cold and flu l since using this product. The cost is worth not getting sick.

I always have it at hand for that first sign of a sore throat or the sniffles. Take repeatedly when these symptoms arise and rarely if ever get a bad cold or flu! Great stuff!

If youD catch it early enough with Sambucol you can stop it getting full blown. I love that it's affordable, has no nasty side effects, tastes pleasant and always gives great results.

I take as soon as I am feeling run down or feel a slight cold coming on.
