It keeps my hands beautifully hydrated and my nails strong. I have been using it for years and don't plan to stop using it. If it was good enough for Queen Elizabeth then it is good enough for me. LOVE the fragrance, I'd buy it just for that even if it wasn't as good as it is for the skin.

It's so rich and luxurious. It has a soft fragrance which isn't too overwhelming. The hand cream absorbs fast and doesn't leave my hands feeling slippery or greasy. I have noticed my cuticles look nice and they do also feel softer. I love to use this before bed so that it has sleep night to work it's magic.

I will continue to use it. It is a bit more expensive than most, but you don't need to use a lot and it actually works, unlike every other cream I have tried.
