General Information

Stainless steel corn plane with replacement blades to assist in the removal of corns & callouses.

Finest quality stainless steel corn plane consists of a slider, blade and handle ensures easy & effective removal of corns & callouses. This product includes replacement blades.

Directions

- Soften the corn or callous by soaking in warm water for 3-4 minutes & then lightly towel dry.
- Hold the corn plane against the corn or callous so the blade is in contact with the hardened skin.
- Carefully pare down the hard skin using slow light strokes to remove fine layers of dead tissue. Take care not to remove new soft skin.
- After use, secure blade cover for storage.

For removal of dead, dry skin only.

To change blades:
- Grip the side of the slider firmly with your thumb & forefinger.
- Pull down towards handle to release & remove old blade.
- Insert new blade on the slider.
- Grip the sides of the slider firmly with two fingers.
- Insert the slide-way on the handle through the metal tab & push the tab up with your thumb.

USAGE ADVICE

Discontinue use if skin appears irritated and red.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Keep blades dry to prevent rusting.

Only down side is the ease with which you can go too deep, so a great deal of care needs to be taken. In the event of a bleed, betadine "ointment" and fabric Band-aid works best. It was tricky learning how to change the blade, till I realized that using the tab on the inside rather than trying to replace the cover from the outside, is safer.

A lot of care needs to be taken to only take off thin layers till you get the hang of it. Once you become skilled at not going too deep, it is an absolute breeze to use.

Nothing worked, but this product was amazing! I used it once and it made my feet feel amazing! I feel more confident walking around without closed in shoes.

For decades I've struggled with pumice stones & a wide variety of foot files, only to find they don't work effectively. This Manicare Corn Plane is wonderful. I take the skin off my heels every few weeks, shave down the skin on a few calluses & the blades last a long time. Wish I'd been put onto it earlier. Top product. Thoroughly recommended.

When I first tried using it, I probably was a little scared and it didn't work for me. But I wasn't using it correctly. The second time I fell in love. My heel gets horribly hard so I soak my feet in a foot spa with warm water and use this awesome tool. I come out feeling like a professional did it. I put my cream on afterwards and it feels amazing. Cracks are minimised too. Will continue buying replacement blades.

I had very bad dry cracked heels for along time and have tried lots of different products but none got rid of all the dry skin they only filed it down slightly. I bought the corn and callous plane but was really didn't think it would work well but I am so unbelievably happy with the results. I will definitely be recommending this product to family and friends.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from love hate relationship I purchased this product, to help with my damaged soles of my feet from wearing highheels and walking barefoot. it helps to remove old/dead skin from the soles of your feet, just don't press down to hard, be gentle to it and it will be gentle in return. I also have a corn on my foot, which this product has helped planing away at it after each corn treatment.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from cuts too deep and difficult to change blade I tried this item one time and it cuts so deep it's scary. Tried to take the blade out to see if it was in properly. Extremely difficult to remove and scary as blade is exposed where you have to "grip tightly and slide". Once I got the blade out I could not get it back in. Total waste of money!
