I am amazed. They easily attach to mens underwear and absorb all my urine leakage when it happens. By using these pads, my clothes remain dry and the embarrassing odour of urine does not appear. I now feel confident when being out of reach of a urinal. I recommend these pads. Such an easy fix!

If you are the occasional dribbler or scared to cough, laugh or sneeze in public then Tena Level 1 will provide you with that level of security that allows you to relax. I use these one of these comfortable discrete pads on a daily basis.. Often it is not required but by knowing it's there I have no worries.
