Warnings

Directions

1. CLEAN - wash and dry your nose to remove dirt and oils.
2. PLACE - remove the liner and place the strip on the nose
3. APPLY - press down ends and rub gently to secure.
Remove your Breathe Right nasal strip while washing your face with warm water or when in the shower. Always remove the strip slowly. Loosen the ends then gently lift the strip from both sides. Remove the strip properly with water to reduce the likelihood of skin reactions or injury.

So, about 3 yrs ago I saw an advert for Breathe Right nose strips....aha I said...I will try these!! And I could now not sleep without one! It has made such a difference to my comfort! And I have since seen them on sports people too. Wonderful product! Whoever designed them is a genius!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Breathe Right As A Sleeping Aid The Breathe Right strips do help in opening the nose to breath more easily. Usually get a much better and healthier night's sleep when wearing one. However, it does irritate the skin on the nose so it is never worn two night's in a row.

Using these strips enable me to breathe easily. Much better than using nasal sprays all the time. My husband also uses them and they usually prevent him snoring. So a win win for me.

My husband is a moderate snorer, they seemed to make a slight difference in the first week and no difference in the following week. It could have just been kind over matter in the initial stages. Bought 3 packs, waste of money!
