General Information

Fast, non drowsy 12 hr relief of the symptoms of hayfever and year round allergies.

Use Telfast Oral Liquid for relief of the symptoms of hayfever allergies:

- Sneezing
- Runny & Itchy Nose
- Itchy & Watery Eyes
- Itchy Throat

Use Telfast Oral Liquid for relief of the symptoms of itchy skin rash / hives (urticaria):

- Swelling related to Allergy or Hives
- Itchy Skin Rash
- Itch caused by Hives • Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, unless advised by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not use in children under 6 months of age. Contains sucrose and hydroxybenzoates.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients:
Fexofenadine Hydrochloride 30mg/5mL

Inactive Ingredients:
butyl hydroxybenzoate, edetate disodium, poloxamer 407, polypropylene glycol, propyl hydroxybenzoate, purified water, raspberry cream flavour, sodium phosphate dibasic heptahydrate, sodium phosphate monobasic monohydrate, sucrose, titanium dioxide, xanthan gum, xylitol.

Contains: Telfast contains an active ingredient called fexofenadine hydrochloride. It is one of a group of medicines called antihistamines. Antihistamines help reduce allergic symptoms by preventing the effects of a substance called histamine, which your body produces when exposed to certain substances. Telfast is a non-sedating antihistamine which means it has been shown to not cause drowsiness.

My kids are much taller than most kids their age and the pharmacist had concerns about giving my son the antihistamines according to his weight due to recommendations for his age group and instead give him two doses per day. I tried this brand as it's the same dosage for all children and I find it's been more effective overall. They are also taking less medication which is a winner for me.

There is an ingredient in it that starts with f which stops the swelling, helps with itching and with the after rash.
