General Information

Healthy Care Flaxseed Oil 1000mg is a plant derived source of Omega-3, 6 & 9 to maintain heart, brain and skin health.

FLAXSEED OIL 1000mg CAPSULES
Contains Flaxseed Oil which is a rich, natural source of omega-3, 6 & 9. Flaxseed Oil is one of the richest sources of the essential fatty acid omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). ALA is converted to eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in the body, which are essential fatty acids that help support brain health.
It also helps to maintain: 
- Cardiovascular system and heart health.
- Healthy blood circulation.
- Skin health. 

Product Claims: No added sugar, gluten, lactose, wheat, yeast, soy, dairy products, corn, egg, preservatives, artificial colours or flavours.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules 3 times daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
Children 2 years and above: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily (pierce and squeeze into juice, milk or cereal), or as professionally prescribed.

I use it mainly for the omega 3 content
