My nails have grown stronger over the last couple of months - it takes a while to see the effects so persistence is required - and my fingernails look better than they have in years. They have stopped splitting peeling and breaking. My hair is also less frizzy and dry.

When I stopped using them for a while, my nails broke, split and tore constantly. It was quite painful at times. They are great now, considering that I regularly do really brutal things like fence building.
