Qsilica Skin, Hair & Nails Original Silica Capsules are a convenient form of colloidal silica, a dietary mineral that supports skin, hair and nail health.

Formulated to support from within, Qsilica capsules help maintain collagen health and formation as well as supporting skin’s structure and integrity.

(Equivalent to silicon 130.76 mg)

Directions

Adults: Take one or two capsules per day with a glass of water.

Store below 25°C.
