The shampoo smells pleasant and has the usual shampoo consistency. It goes through the hair easily as well as washing out well. I found my scalp didn’t seem as itchy after I had used it. The instructions say to use this product 3 times a week but I am someone who washes their hair everyday due to being oily. I therefore didn’t want to overdo it, so I alternated with my regular plain shampoo on every other day. I think my hair didn’t appear as oily on day 2 like it usually does. So that is a good thing.
