However, my knee joints began to become sore again so I have persisted with these capsules for the last 4 months taking 2 in the morning and then another 2 in the evening. My knees work so much better, the difference in pain and ease in movement is wonderful compared to 5 months ago. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with pain in the knee joints.
