General Information

FLO Sinus Care is a preservative-free, non-medicated, isotonic saline wash that can relieve nasal congestion and sinus symptoms naturally. FLO Sinus Care is a gentle irrigation that can be used daily to wash away mucus produced by colds, pollens, dust and other allergy-causing particles.

Using FLO Sinus Care can relieve congestion and sinus symptoms caused by:

FLO Sinus Care is a gentle saline wash that can be used daily to wash away mucus, pollens, irritants and allergy-causing particles to provide relief from congestion naturally. Helping you breather easier.

Size: Starter Kit (1 x bottle & 12 Sachets)

KEY FEATURES

Directions

First time use: Thoroughly wash the bottle, tube and cap with warm soapy water before use.

Fill the bottle to the FILL line using lukewarm pre-boiled water.

Cut or tear open one sachet of FLO Sinus Care powder. Using the guidelines, fold out sachet into a funnel shape and pour the entire contents into the FLO bottle.

Screw the cap and tube firmly onto the bottle and shake until all powder has dissolved. The mixture is now ready to use.

Standing next to a basin, bend as far forward as is comfortable and tilt the head down so that the chin is as close to the chest as is comfortable.

While breathing through the mouth, apply the cap firmly up against one nasal passage and squeeze the bottle steadily and gently until solution drains from the opposite nasal passage. Continue until about half of the solution has been used. Repeat on other nostril with remaining solution.

There is no amount of blowing your nose that will get the stuff out like this sinus flush. I went in for cold and flu tablets and came out with this. It is the BEST thing ever. A bit weird to use at first but I went from sinus pain and being unable to breathe to clear nostrils in 5 minutes and the pressure release on my sinus was instant

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally, a solution! I have been using Sudafed nasal spray for almost 2 years even though I know you're not meant to use it for more than 3 days. If I didn't spray in the morning or before bed, my nose would be 100% blocked. That was the issue, it gave me reliable immediate relief but seemed to make things worse. Thankfully, a pharmacist at Chemist Warehouse store recommended I try an alternative solution. This Flo nasal wash has been awesome! I thought I had a permanent problem so I'm glad to know it's not. I know it works because after going through about 6 sachets, I decided to stop for a few days - and my nose is still clear! :D
