Crampeze Leg Cramps & Spasms contains Viburnum Opulus, an antispasmodic (Cramp Bark) traditionally used in western herbal medicine to help relieve night cramps and mild muscle spasms & twitches.

It contains Ginkgo Biloba to support blood circulation to the peripheral areas of the body (legs, hands and feet). Ginkgo Biloba acts as an antioxidant, reducing free radicals formed in the body.

In these instances, I take a capsule before bed to avoid cramping altogether. If I get an unexpected cramp through the night, one capsule will relieve the cramp within about ten minutes.
