Blackmores Evening Primrose Oil + Fish Oil is a source of omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids, which are important for the structure and function of cell membranes and healthy skin and hair. Halal certified.

EPO + Fish Oil contains essential fatty acids which are important for the structure and function of cell membranes and growth of skin and hair.

Omega 3 & 6 are not produced by the body, so they must be obtained through diet or as a daily supplement.

Evening Primrose Oil and Fish Oil supports the structure and function of cell membranes, and provides support toward the general health and wellbeing in adults.

Suitable For: For general health and wellbeing: Adults - Take 3 capsules once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food. For skin and as an anti-inflammatory: Adults - Take 7 capsules per day or as professionally prescribed. Take with food. For healthy growth and development: Children 3+ - Pierce and squeeze 2 capsules once a day into milk, juice or cereal and consume immediately, or as professionally prescribed.
