I've got a dry old ankle and leg after ankle surgery and plaster casts, bandage and boot wearing, it looked a bit like an old snake..... This feels really good and has improved my skin amazingly. I first heard about this cream from a Dr when I was in the US years ago, and bought some there. Loved it. In this size container it is thick, you can get a thinner version in a pump, but I love this one and I use it as an all over body moisturiser now.
