Use Dettol Antiseptic and Disinfectant Liquid to cleanse and help protect against infection from minor skin cuts, scratches and insect bites. You can also use it as a household disinfectant on surfaces, and to freshen linen by adding it to your laundry rinse cycle.

Suitable For: Adults and children over 12 months Warnings:
Do not use: in children under 1 year of age. If hypersensitive to Chloroxylenol, in eczematous conditions.

Ingredients

Castor Oil
isopropyl alcohol
Pine Oil Aromatic
potable water
sodium hydroxide

Active Ingredients: chloroxylenol

Contains: Contains Chloroxylenol

Directions

Prepare a 1:20 dilution using 20mL (approximately 1 capful) of Dettol Liquid in 400mL of water. Discard any unused mixture.
Antiseptic: Liberally cleanse the affected area with diluted Dettol Liquid until the area is wiped clean.
Surface disinfection: Wipe down hard surfaces around the home. No need to rinse.
Bathing: To feel refreshed and really clean, 30ml of Dettol Liquid may be used safely in the bath
Laundry: To freshen linen, nappies or other laundry items add 30ml of Dettol Liquid to the rinse cycle

I have noticed that since including 1 cap full Dettol antiseptic liquid in my rinse that my clothes smell and feel so beautiful and fresh it's remarkable. They no longer have a soapy odor after drying, and all my underwear and clothes are immaculate. Dettol antiseptic liquid sanitises my laundry better and smells better than the other laundry sanitisers which often have a very boring odor and do not remove all the grime. I'm always very happy with my laundry results using Dettol antiseptic liquid

I use it for cuts as well as put a drop or two in water for washing kitchen work benches and chopping board.
