Many people buy hair skin & nails pills or gummies without actually looking at the ingredients, & seeing the amount of vitamins are included, they look at brands & reviews. If you’re using this for hair health, you want a product that has the most biotin. This comes with 2 mg, while most other pills & gummies only come with a measly 1.25 mg. There are some pills that come with a slightly higher mg of biotin, but as for gummies, you won’t find better than this one. Always check the ingredients, & keep in mind that mg & microgram are NOT the same. If hair health is the top priority, go for the product with the highest biotin.
