It gives a closer shave - I shave in the shower so there’s no need for shaving cream or anything troublesome like that.

Plenty of cheaper blades out there to choose from though. Been using BICs lately and they work really well for me in this razor

Really fantastic old school razor great to use and looks really good. The weight of the handle and fine sharp blades are really good for a smooth shave and it even sounds nice. I really like how its environmentally friendly and easy to clean and remove all the hair with a simple splash of water. Unlike the plastic ones.very good price highly recommended And great look and fine packing with little plastic
