INC SHRED MAX RASPBERRY COCONUT PROTEIN BAR contains 20g of protein with less than 2g of carbs in a convenient, delicious low calorie snack with a customised thermogenic blend of Guarana, L-Carnitine and Green tea.
Great for when you need your protein hit post-workout, or as a low calorie snack on-the-go.

It only has 2g of sugar but with 20g of protein so it's a good bar to have when shredding. I would get this again.

Been saving this to have post workout to satisfy my crazy sweet tooth, and it did not disappoint. Light enough to enjoy, but filling enough to eat for two snack sessions. I prefer chocolate very cold, but even after being in my car, bag, and drawer, this was still very delish!

Convenient option for a dense calorie and protein hit, particularly if, like myself, you’re a light eater. Flavour was good, obviously not comparable to a cake/brownie, but the protein was totally disguised. Great price point to have a few in a bag if you’re planning a day out. If I ever get back to the gym I think this line would be a good option for an immediate protein option after working out.
