Directions

Directions for use:
Adults only - dissolve 10g (two level scoop) in 300 ml of cold water and consume immediately.
Low caffeine: Dissolve 5 g (one level scoop) in 300 ml of cold water and consume immediately.
Allow at least 3 hours between doses or as advised by your health professional.
