Hedera helix dry leaf extract 24mg/7.5mL from 150mg/7.5mL dry leaf.
Sambucus nigra fruit juice dry 54.9mg/7.5mL from 3.5g/7.5mL fruit juice fresh.
Zinc (from Zinc gluconate) 608micrograms/7.5mL.

Contains: Contains sorbitol (7.15g/45mL) and potassium sorbate.

Allergen Free From: Artificial Colours| Artificial Flavours| Gluten| Dairy

Directions

Children between 2-4 years of age: 7.5mL 2 times per day when necessary

Children between 5-12 years of age: 15mL 2 times per day when necessary

Adults & children over 12 years of age: 15mL 3 times per day when necessary

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Keep out of the reach of children.
Do not use after the expiry date stated on the folding box and bottle.
Store below 30°c.

I was coughing for two days and been drinking immune booster plus other vitamins, and so I thought of giving this a go. Took as per recommended dosage a day and felt better after 24 hrs or so. I had a good night sleep.
