She only has a mild to moderate eczema and this cream seems to soothe that after a couple of days (redness and soreness usually no longer visible after 4-5 days).. but I try to get on top of it quick using this cream.

It has helped us keep him more comfortable. I'd recommend using it along with the other Little Bodies products as we use all 3 together and I think this has really helped.
