Rated 3 out of 5 by from Extra large size is a tight fit for a mans hand I purchased these gloves because I needed to use a heavy duty moisturizer, to treat a skin condition, and didn't want everything I touched to get greasy. The gloves were well made and proved suitable for my purpose. The major negative was that, even though I had bought the extra large size, they were still a very tight fit.

I'm a lady with very large hands (& feet) so I always struggle to buy cotton gloves (ANY gloves or comfortable shoes!) BIG enough. I usually buy another brand, but as I really needed some more, I added these to my online order when buying vitamins etc. I ordered 5 pairs! I was so disappointed that I didn't heed the advice in GeeK's review! Anyway, I eventually made my way to the Hamilton store & I got to speak to the young, yet, extremely competent manager (Jay) & he was SO GREAT ...He agreed that they were very much on the small side. They're closer in size to a Medium. Jay also has very detailed knowledge of many products on the shelves! I was astounded actually! That's the 2nd time I've received OUTSTANDING service in-store at Hamilton's Chemist Warehouse. Last time I believe the young man's name was James. (I hope I got his name right.) He has dreadlocks & a beaming smile. I think he's a uni student. I wish that ALL customer service staff EVERYWHERE were like these 2 guys. What foresight their employer had when taking them on! Anyway IF you have BIG HANDS, don't buy this brand ... if you have smaller hands, buy 2 sizes up, because when you wash ANY cotton gloves, they DO SHRINK.
