General Information

Healthy Care Super Magnesium Powder is readily absorbed magnesium powder to reduce muscle cramps, enhance energy levels and support muscle function.

Many factors including diet, exercise and alcohol consumption may reduce magnesium levels. With a therapeutic dose of magnesium, Healthy Care Super Magnesium Powder helps reduce muscle cramps, mild muscle spasms and supports energy production, when dietary intake is inadequate.
Take daily to improve magnesium levels in the body and maintain muscle function.

Directions

Adults: For general Magnesium supplementation - Add 1 level dessertspoon 19g approx.) of powder into a glass of water (200mL) once daily, for therapeutic benefits - twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
