Cod Liver Oil is a natural source of Vitamin A and
Vitamin D.

Cod Liver Oil serves as an excellent supplement, providing a natural
source of both Vitamin A and Vitamin D. The use of cod liver as a
medicinal remedy dates back to the 18th Century!

Warnings

If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take
Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or
pharmacist.
WARNING: When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol
equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects.
The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700
micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms
retinol equivalents for men.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Active Ingredients: Cod Liver Oil 1mL/mL. Equivalent to 900 micrograms of retinol
equivalents of Vitamin A and 300 IU of Vitamin D

Directions

The recommended dosage for adults is 1 teaspoon daily.
The suggested daily intake of Vitamin A from all sources is 700
micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms
retinol equivalents for men. Exceeding 3000 micrograms retinol
equivalents of Vitamin A can lead to birth defects.
