Hand wash or wipe down with soapy water, avoid wetting inside of the cup and foam

Should you find the ear defenders too tight, they can be stretched slightly. Simply place two chairs back to back, and stretch the ear muffs over the two chairs. alternatively you can leave them open over a doorway. After leaving the ear muffs for a while, they will have stretched by a small amount, making them a bit less tight when worn.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for small adults too I wore these over the pink ear plugs for a concert. They are comfortable and made the experience and afterwards much more enjoyable. I stretched the ears muffs over a brita jug for 6 hours before. My head is 53cm in diameter. The void for the ears measures 5.9cm high, 3.8cm wide, 1cm deep.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable, durable and effective! I picked up a pair of these bad boys for my two year old son and I am very happy with them. He loves to play the drums and just like his me he smashes them real good, so these are perfect for protecting his sensitive ears. These are also very comfortable to wear as he chooses to leave them on around the house which is actually quite funny if you think about it. Listen, if your kid plays drums I applaud you, also, get yourself a pair of these because they are a staple for any young musician!
