It has whitened my teeth and left my mouth feeling fresher than my regular toothpaste. Sugar and gluten free is good for those with intolerance.

However, since trying Colgate Optic White Charcoal toothpaste I think I'll be changing. I really enjoy the flavour, the clean and feel that my mouth feels fresher for longer. Colgate Optic White Charcoal feels more gentle on my teeth than what I have used in the past and leaves me with a very satisfying smooth feeling on my teeth.

My teeth felt so clean and fresh after using, much cleaner than my usual toothpaste. I swear they looked whiter as well! Of course Colgates packaging is always on point and it looks great in the bathroom, bonus points! I will continue to buy this product.
