BODIE’z Protein Water is so refreshing and light on the stomach, it is perfect to be consumed pre, during and post workout. It is also recommended for weight loss surgery, aged care and oncology for assisting in maintaining daily protein requirements.

Ingredients

Whey Protein Isolate (77%) (From Milk), Erythritol, Natural Flavour, Citric Acid, Natural Colour (e160a(i)), Sodium Citrate, Steviol Glycosides, Maltodextrin (From Maize), Vitamins (Thiamin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Calcium Pantothenate, Vitamin E, Vitamin C), Minerals (Iodine, Sodium Selenite). 

Directions

For best results in liquid applications.
Step 1:
Add 500-700mL of water to a shaker bottle with agitator.

Step 2:
Add 2 heaped scoops (33g) of protein powder.

Step 3:
Shake vigorously, wait 30 seconds and shake again.

It is common for foaming to occur and for protein to not fully dissolve immediately. For best results, shake 5 minutes prior to consumption. As the product settles, it will become clearer.
