Poise 2-in-1 Washable Absorbent Underwear are the ultimate multitasking undies to cover all your leaks - period weeks & bladder leaks! This is real underwear so you can sneeze, cough and laugh all you want without needing to worry about leakage.

This absorbent underwear provides 4 layers of protection for trusted dryness, comfort and odour control making your protection invisible to you and everyone else. They absorb up to 60ml of fluid; the equivalent of 12 teaspoons or up to 5 regular tampons. Just wear, wash and wear again – up to 50 washes for peak performance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Game changer! I didn't want to need something like this (who does?) but they have been really reassuring and an absolute game changer for me. My pelvic floor has been in trouble since I had my babies close together, and my new job means a long daily commute. I've been anxious about the long journeys in case I have a leak but then I bought some of this on the offchance, and well, WOW. I only have very light leakage and knowing that I'm 'covered' on my way to and from work - as well as in social situations etc - has had a big impact on my self-esteem. I love that they're washable and not too exxy. Honestly life changing for me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved these I really loved these undies. I received these as part of my Bounty bag and just loved them. They were in the bags post-partum and were such a welcome gift. I used them almost instantly, with the help of a pad at first when my flow was really heavy. But these gave me just that little bit of extra confidence I needed, when I needed it most. I have since gone out and bought a few more pairs as I was using them so often. The sizes are generous but super comfy. The material is really soft and comfortable against the skin. I loved the high waist too, which makes things even more comfortable - especially as my body is finding its way back to itself.

I didn’t experience any downsides while using them. I like that I have the option of reusable instead of disposable.
