Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Softest Cotton Balls I've Found If your baby has blocked tear ducts, these cotton balls are the softest ones I've found. These are a great option to soak with warm water to give your baby a warm eye bath to dislodge any overnight dry discharge around the eye area - as gently as possible. After doing tear duct massage, these clean away any discharge easily with minimal discomfort. They also absorb saline solution when cleaning the eye area throughout the day. To anyone going through tear duct blockage with their baby; my heart goes out to you. It isn't easy yet thankfully it is something they grow out of eventually, one way or another.
