General Information

Swisse Beauty High Strength Marine Collagen supports skin regeneration, skin firmness, healthy hair and strong nails, as well as helping improve skin elasticity and skin hydration. This premium quality formula contains 5,000mg sustainably sourced marine hydrolysed collagen per daily dose, retinol, vitamin C, and biotin.

Warnings

If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms/RE, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms/RE for women and 900 micrograms/RE for men. 

Vitamin & mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

EACH FILM COATED TABLET CONTAINS:

Marine collagen (hydrolysed collagen) 1.25 g; Vitamin A (retinol acetate) 56.25 micrograms/RE; Nicotinamide 12.50 mg; Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 25 mg; Biotin 625 micrograms; Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate) 6.18 mg; Zinc (from zinc amino acid chelate) 2.50 mg.

Contains: Fish, phenylalanine, soya beans, and sulfites.

Directions

ADULT DOSAGE:

Four tablets daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
